1. Who We Are

BrowserWorker is a remote browser automation platform operated by Digidev Global LLC. BrowserWorker lets customers connect Chrome Extension workers to an API so they can run browser automation tasks, manage workers, preserve sessions, upload files for tasks, and capture screenshots or results.

For privacy questions, deletion requests, or data access requests, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly, information generated by your use of BrowserWorker, and information processed by the service on your behalf.

Account and authentication information

When you create or sign in to an account, we may collect your email address, display name, profile photo, Firebase user ID, authentication session information, login timestamps, and related account identifiers.

API, worker, and token information

We process bearer tokens, worker tokens, worker IDs, worker names, worker status, worker heartbeats, session IDs, session expiration timestamps, plan limits, and configuration needed to route tasks to your connected browser workers.

Automation task information

When you submit API requests, we process task actions, selectors, URLs, task configuration, result payloads, action results, duration, timestamps, error messages, worker IDs, and other operational data needed to execute and troubleshoot automation tasks.

Files, screenshots, and browser data

If you upload files for automation tasks or request screenshots, we process those files, screenshots, file URLs, and related metadata. Depending on the actions you run, your connected worker may interact with browser cookies, page content, form inputs, and websites that you choose to automate.

Billing and subscription information

For paid plans, we process subscription plan, Stripe customer identifiers, Stripe subscription identifiers, billing status, subscription start and expiration dates, and payment event metadata. Stripe processes payment card details directly; we do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

Support and communications

If you contact us, we collect the information you send, such as your email address, message content, attachments, and any details needed to answer your request.

Technical and security information

We may process IP addresses, device or browser metadata, request headers, server logs, error logs, authentication events, and security signals to operate, secure, debug, and improve BrowserWorker.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve BrowserWorker.
  • Authenticate users, manage sessions, and protect accounts.
  • Register, route, monitor, and manage Chrome Extension workers.
  • Dispatch automation tasks, return results, cache async results, and clean up temporary task data.
  • Upload, store, and deliver files or screenshots requested by you.
  • Process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, and manage billing status.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, security incidents, and service misuse.
  • Provide customer support and send service-related notices.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not use uploaded files, screenshots, or task payloads to train AI models.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

BrowserWorker uses cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies where needed for authentication, dashboard sessions, extension registration, security, and service preferences. Your connected browser worker may also read, set, or delete cookies when you instruct it to perform cookie-related automation actions.

The public homepage is a static site and does not currently include a marketing analytics script. If we add analytics or advertising cookies later, we will update this policy as appropriate.

5. Third-Party Services and Vendors

We use third-party services to provide BrowserWorker. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us or for you.

  • Firebase and Google services for authentication, custom tokens, and Realtime Database task messaging.
  • Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, invoices, tax and billing workflows, and payment processing.
  • Cloudflare and Cloudflare R2 for file storage, screenshots, static hosting, content delivery, and related infrastructure.
  • Database and hosting providers for account records, task records, logs, API infrastructure, and operational storage.
  • Email or SMTP providers for account, support, and service communications.

6. Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, security, abuse-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

  • Task logs and cached task results are generally retained for about 1 hour.
  • Uploaded files and screenshots are generally retained for about 24 hours.
  • Account, subscription, and billing records are retained while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
  • Worker state in Firebase Realtime Database is updated as your workers connect, disconnect, run tasks, or are deleted.

7. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us run BrowserWorker, with payment processors for billing, with infrastructure providers for storage and hosting, and when necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms of Service.

We may transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including token-based authentication, Firebase security rules, prepared database queries, access controls, HTTPS in production, and separation between task messaging, persistent records, and file storage.

No online service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, bearer tokens, worker tokens, devices, and connected browser environments.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a request, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, abuse-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

10. International Processing

BrowserWorker is operated by Digidev Global LLC and uses vendors and infrastructure that may process information in the United States and other countries. By using BrowserWorker, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

11. Children's Privacy

BrowserWorker is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting an updated policy with a new effective date or sending a service notice.
