These Terms govern your access to and use of BrowserWorker, including the dashboard, API, Chrome Extension worker, documentation, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Digidev Global LLC. By accessing or using BrowserWorker, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use BrowserWorker on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use BrowserWorker.

2. The BrowserWorker Service

BrowserWorker is a browser automation platform that lets customers send API requests to connected Chrome Extension workers. The service can route tasks, execute browser actions, upload files, capture screenshots, preserve sessions, and return results through the dashboard, API, worker extension, and related infrastructure.

We may modify, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of BrowserWorker from time to time. We may also add, remove, or change features, plans, limits, and technical requirements.

3. Accounts, Eligibility, and Security

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use BrowserWorker.
  • You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, API tokens, worker tokens, connected workers, devices, and browser profiles.
  • You must protect your passwords, bearer tokens, worker tokens, auth secrets, and connected devices from unauthorized access.
  • You must promptly notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account or tokens have been compromised.

4. API Keys, Workers, and Sessions

Your bearer token allows API access, and your worker token allows Chrome Extension workers to register with your account. You are responsible for managing and revoking tokens when needed. Actions submitted through your account are treated as authorized by you.

Plan limits may apply to workers, task timeouts, async execution, preserved sessions, file uploads, and other usage. You may not bypass, disable, overload, or interfere with these limits or with the service infrastructure.

5. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for ensuring that your automation tasks, target websites, uploaded files, screenshots, and browser activity are lawful and authorized. You may use BrowserWorker only for websites, accounts, systems, and data that you own, control, or have permission to access.

You may not use BrowserWorker to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, contract, third-party terms, or third-party rights.
  • Access, scrape, test, or automate systems without authorization.
  • Steal credentials, tokens, cookies, payment data, personal data, confidential information, or intellectual property.
  • Send spam, phishing, malware, abusive traffic, denial-of-service traffic, or deceptive communications.
  • Evade access controls, rate limits, bans, paywalls, anti-abuse systems, or security measures without authorization.
  • Upload or distribute malicious, illegal, infringing, or harmful files or content.
  • Interfere with BrowserWorker, its infrastructure, other users, or third-party services.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to BrowserWorker in a way that violates these Terms or your plan limits.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of BrowserWorker creates legal, security, operational, reputational, or abuse risk.

6. Plans, Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe and BrowserWorker to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewal amounts for the plan you select. Prices, features, limits, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in the dashboard and may change for future billing periods.

  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from the dashboard where available.
  • Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless stated otherwise, paid access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where Digidev Global LLC approves a refund in its discretion.
  • If payment fails, we may suspend, downgrade, or terminate access to paid features.
  • The Free plan may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

7. Customer Data and Automation Results

You retain ownership of the data, files, task payloads, screenshots, API requests, automation results, and other content you submit to BrowserWorker or generate through your workers. You grant Digidev Global LLC the limited rights needed to process that content to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve BrowserWorker.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, security, and permissions for all Customer Data. Do not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data, confidential data, or third-party data unless you have the legal right and appropriate safeguards to do so.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using BrowserWorker, you agree that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

BrowserWorker works with third-party services such as Firebase, Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, hosting providers, email providers, browser vendors, websites you automate, and Chrome extensions you choose to install. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, extensions, content, rate limits, access decisions, or changes.

10. Intellectual Property

BrowserWorker, including the website, dashboard, API, extension, documentation, software, design, logos, and related technology, is owned by Digidev Global LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Subject to these Terms and your plan limits, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use BrowserWorker for your internal business or personal automation workflows.

11. Availability and Support

BrowserWorker is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time. Maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, browser changes, website changes, and abuse controls may affect availability or performance.

Unless we separately agree in writing, BrowserWorker does not include a guaranteed service level agreement. Support is available through [email protected].

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using BrowserWorker at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove workers, revoke tokens, limit features, or delete temporary data if we believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay, created risk, caused harm, or used BrowserWorker in an abusive or unlawful way.

After termination, your right to use BrowserWorker ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law.

13. Disclaimers

BrowserWorker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and reliability.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the laws, contracts, permissions, and third-party terms that apply to your automation workflows.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digidev Global LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, goodwill loss, or cost of substitute services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to BrowserWorker or these Terms will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to BrowserWorker for the service during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digidev Global LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of BrowserWorker, your Customer Data, your automation tasks, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory legal rights you may have, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting updated Terms with a new effective date or sending a service notice. Your continued use of BrowserWorker after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
